“The operation of the business information portal will not only benefit from our experience linked with managing credit registers and rating claimants of financial services, but also from the know-how gained during more than four-years of monitoring small and medium enterprises and the long-term monitoring of management in Czech cities and municipalities,” Pavel Finger, CCB – Czech Credit Bureau board of directors member, responsible for the new service, said today.
Portal users will gain on-line access to public as well as non-public information about companies, such as a given company’s proportional rate of bankruptcy probability, or the so-called CCB Index which expresses the business risk connected with the particular enterprise as assessed by its business partners.

Also available are detailed identification data about the companies, information concerning their financial situation, an overview of their ownership structure and an analytic view on the industry sector and region in which they are active. The portal moreover provides diagrams of links among companies and their representatives, marketing lists and monitoring and cautionary services.
Users can obtain the information via several types of business reports built for various categories of users. The portal represents a helpful tool for large companies as well as traders, companies with or without their own analytic background, marketing executives seeking new market opportunities and managers in need of a quick summary regarding potential business partners just before meeting them.

The portal will offer access to information about tens of thousands of Czech companies. However, if the user cannot find the desired company in the database, they can order an off-line report - either delivered by e-mail in up to three days or deposited in the user’s online deposit box.

Both the portal and CCB are part of the international CRIF Group. Therefore Czech customers also have simple online access to business reports about more than 50 million public and private companies in 230 countries worldwide through the portal www.skyminder.com, which specializes in international business information.
