CACHEMinder is an ad-hoc search facility that allows special investigators and anti fraud users to undertake a single entry search, where there is bona fide evidence of potential fraud, across the whole of the databases, outputting not only a graphical illustration of links between individuals involved in different claims but giving the textural detail as well. The product has been signed off by Insurance Database Services Ltd, (IDSL), who test all supplier services against their members' claims databases.
The product is launched following intensive Insurer trials and will act as a proactive anti fraud tool. The product is available via a user friendly website portal, available in the CRIF BS7799 certified environment.
