This ceremony constitutes an important opportunity for Arab women to shed light on their achievements, develop their horizons, present their experiences in this field, and the perseverance of women and the practical steps taken to reach their success as entrepreneurs.

CRIF ITS will be represented by Ms Areej Obeidat, Jordan Market Lead – Digital Solutions and also member in the Bankers Association and Kuni Aqwa.

It is CRIF ITS wish to bear witness to the CRIF Group's commitment over the years in implementing an equal opportunities policy, encouraging the recruitment of women into its workforce, in all areas of the business. This culture has led to the strong presence of women in the company, both in management and in all levels of the company population, with a balanced gender distribution in Italy and around the world.

At CRIF HQ at the end of 2021, 51% of the reference company population were women, 32% of CRIF’s top management at HQ is made up of women and 43% of the people reporting directly to the CEO are women.

In particular, since 2019, CRIF has increased its commitment to enhancing the role of women through a women’s empowerment program promoted by ValoreD. ValoreD is the leading association of companies in Italy committed to gender balance and an inclusive culture within organizations and the country. Being part of the association means sharing diversity challenges and issues with other companies, promoting a constructive dialog on strategic areas (welfare, working from home, female employment policies, inclusion, and equal opportunities), and investing in projects that support young women to free their talent from gender stereotypes, and women managers to prepare for roles with more responsibility.

Additionally, CRIF works with Digital Magics and BNP Paribas to support the “MIA – Miss in Action” program, a program dedicated to start-ups with female founding members, or a majority female corporate team, who are at a turning point in their professional lives.
