Sunday evening’s welcome reception not only kicked things off, but gave all attendees a chance to unwind and catch up with industry colleagues as they were also bussed down to the city’s famous River Walk to enjoy some of San Antonio’s renowned restaurants and shops.
Monday morning started with an official welcome and company updates from Aldo Bruschi, CEO of CRIF Lending Solutions, and Larry Howell, Chairman of CRIF Lending Solutions. The opening session ended with an inspirational presentation from keynote speaker Mark Kelly, an American hero who exemplifies effective leadership and courage under pressure. Kelly offered attendees insight drawn from his various and extensive experiences, from leading teams in some of the most dynamic environments imaginable, to the thrill of spaceflight and making history, to the importance of commitment to career and family, in order to truly define and achieve success.

Following these presentations, it was possible to attend various concurrent track sessions, which were offered Monday and Tuesday. In total, eight different tracks comprised of 35 different sessions provided attendees a wide-range of choices for participation.  Sessions included product roadmap reviews, product round-table sessions, peer-to-peer case study presentations from 15 clients and best practice sessions geared to help clients achieve the maximum benefit and functionality from each solution.
Monday evening’s special event, San Antonio Sunset Supper, was held at the resort’s Luckenbach Pavilion and Adult Pool. The evening wrapped up with a “Ridin’, Ropin’, & Rib Eyes: CRIF Night at the Rodeo” where CRIF offered a reception, rodeo and dinner at the Rio Cibolo Ranch. The biggest prize of the entire event was also handed out that night as Penny Latturner from Medallion Bank won the drawing for a trip for two to Italy. She and her husband will visit the Palazzo di Varigana Resort and Spa located in the beautiful countryside near the CRIF corporate headquarters in Bologna, Italy.
Wednesday, the final day of the Forum, began with a plenary session on lending data trends with experts from Equifax, Experian and TransUnion joining us to share their thoughts. The morning also featured workshops for various products and solutions to help clients drive growth opportunities. One-on-one client consulting sessions also continued from the previous two days.
Overall, the entire event was a complete success, and momentum is already building for the next Forum, which will be held in 2019. See you there!
