At CRIF, sustainability isn’t just a strategy—it’s a shared commitment driven by people. For this reason, in 2022 we created a network of Sustainability Ambassadors, bringing together passionate employees from across the world, united by a common goal to embed sustainability into the heart of our company culture.
These Ambassadors play a key role in our ESG Strategy: They initiate conversations, gather ideas, and transform them into real and impactful actions. Their mission is to connect with colleagues through onboarding sessions, sustainability workshops, and continuous engagement activities.
In 2024, the Ambassadors launched the Sustainability Engagement Survey to better understand employee perspectives and strengthen connections across the organization. The response was enthusiastic, with 1,071 participants (51% male and 49% female) sharing their views.
The key insights from the 2024 Sustainability Engagement Survey are:
- Sustainability and business success: 92% of respondents believe sustainability is essential to CRIF’s long-term success.
- Community engagement: 98% emphasized the importance of giving back to the community, highlighting a strong sense of social responsibility.
- Shared values: 83% felt that CRIF’s social responsibility efforts align with their personal values, reinforcing a sense of shared purpose.
- Willingness to participate: 89% expressed an interest in ESG-related training, and 77% showed a readiness to take part in company-led volunteering initiatives.
These insights directly shaped the 2025 ESG Action Plan, a roadmap of key initiatives developed by the Ambassadors. The plan focuses on education, employee engagement, and community involvement at both global and local levels, and will be rolled out throughout 2025.
