INFIN announces today that all its shares have been recently acquired by CRIF, the first credit information company in Continental Europe and the fourth worldwide.
Founded in 1996 and formerly owned by the joint stock company Partners Asset Management. a.s, INFIN has been offering added-value business information services, providing high quality and constantly up-to-date information on Slovak companies and municipalities, in-depth processing and sector analyses on Slovak economic environment and a full scale of data support services from training to tailored consultancy.

Also present in Czech Republic and in Russia, CRIF has founded in May 2004 SCB – Slovak Credit Bureau - in order to create the first banking credit bureau in Slovak Republic. Slovak credit bureau’s system is based on a technological solution developed and managed in outsourcing by CRIF, which relies on in-depth knowledge and expertise in the field of credit reporting agencies. Currently, all the main Slovak retail banks are members of the Client Information Bank Register provided by SCB – Slovak Credit Bureau whose activities are being further expanded with the establishment of a non-banking register for financial institutions (leasing companies etc.) and the realization of advanced rating tools.
