Thanks to the innovative features, the B2C Business portal allows individuals to access their business credit reports faster, paperless and online just clicking on the link: https://cir.crifhighmark.com/Inquiry/B2C/B2CommercialPortal.action.

The new steps require entry of company details, paying for the report and uploading documents such as the individual or company PAN, a company electricity bill and individual employee ID. After a verification process, a hard copy of the report is delivered in 7 working days.
What’s more, the B2C Personal portal was not responsive or user-friendly, and for this reason CRIF focused on improving the user experience and simplifying the request process, which now allows individuals to fill out an online form, wait for a 48-hour assessment procedure for a free report, or just for 5 minutes for a paid report.
