Compliance Status
This website is partially compliant with the requirements set out in Annex A of the UNI EN 301549 standard due to the instances of non-compliance and/or exemptions listed below.

Content that is not accessible and is under review

Web pages in general
Colour contrast: visual elements such as check marks, crosses and their backgrounds have insufficient colour contrast, making them difficult to read.
Alternative text and labels: decorative images (e.g. logos), buttons with generic labels (e.g. “read more”, “learn more”, “open sharing link”) and controls without labels (e.g. LinkedIn and YouTube social media icons, search fields) do not have accessible descriptions.
Text resizing and zoom: at 150% magnification or with custom text spacing enabled, some text is clipped by the edges of boxes or extends beyond the screen.
Semantic structure and layout: headings are used improperly (e.g. empty H2 or H3 headings, a non-visible H1 or no logical hierarchy), and nested tables are used incorrectly to lay out elements.
Focus management and assistive navigation: modal windows, drop-down menus and submenus do not correctly retain screen reader focus, which continues to move through underlying elements or hidden content (e.g. recommended videos).
Keyboard navigation: in mobile mode or with zoom enabled, the navigation bar does not fully display the last elements selected by focus on the screen.
Link identification: hyperlinks within text paragraphs are not always visibly underlined to distinguish them from normal text.
Data interpretation: assistive technologies incorrectly read the status of some visual information (e.g. they interpret the presence of a positive check mark as “not included”).

Request and contact forms
Field and table structure: the heading hierarchy is not programmatically formatted, and input fields are placed within table structures, hindering completion.
Control labelling: single-choice selectors (radio buttons) and data entry fields without accessible labels do not make their function clear to assistive technologies.
Form layout and overlaps: at 150% zoom or with spacing enabled, label text and submit buttons overlap or are clipped.
Error management and support for form completion: error messages are not announced by the screen reader or are difficult to understand; focus is not automatically redirected to the first field containing an error, and no specific correction suggestions are provided.

Preparation of the accessibility statement:
This statement was prepared in July 2026 on the basis of an assessment carried out by a third-party company, specifically Fondazione ASPHI Onlus.

The technical accessibility assessment was carried out on the most widely used browsers, using automated validation systems and direct manual testing by the technical accessibility expert to identify issues not detected by automated and semi-automated checks, also with the support of assistive technologies.
