The complete registration process can take from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the completeness of the documentation provided and the complexity of the ESG assessment.
Specific certifications depend on the product category. Generally, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, and ESG certifications are appreciated. Consult the Registration Guide for details.
The ESG Synesgy assessment takes place through an online questionnaire that investigates the Environmental, Social, and Governance aspects of your company. The CRIF team analyzes the responses and provided documentation to assign a score.
DORA is particularly relevant for ICT and technology service providers. However, CRIF evaluates all suppliers against the principles of digital operational resilience.
Yes, you can and must keep your documentation updated in the Supplier Portal. An annual update of certifications and company information is required.
