CRIF Products Upgrades and Support Policies

Overview

CRIF provides support and maintenance over stated time periods for the minor versions of CRIF products (i.e., StrategyOne 7.1, 7.0). The published life cycle calendars for CRIF products allow customers and partners to effectively plan, deploy, and support CRIF products.

Software updates to CRIF products, if and when available, are delivered via software patches. Patches may contain security and/or bug fixes and improvements. New Feature are generally introduced in minor and major releases. CRIF's goal is to maintain compatibility across the full life cycle of a product family, where incompatibilities arise, they will be documented in the release notes.

CRIF is providing frequent updates to ensure the security of the software and it is therefore important that our customers also install these updates as soon as possible to minimize any risk even if they are already mitigated by infrastructure conditions (such as network and software configurations).

CRIF will use reasonable commercial efforts to correct recurring, reproducible, material defects in the Software that are reported by the Customer. CRIF will only use efforts to correct such defects that appear in the last Version Minor made available by CRIF for the Versions Major currently supported by CRIF, until their End-of-life Date.
