CRIF is a global company which is continually growing and expanding. We provide information, technology and services for decision-making processes for banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, utilities and businesses in general.

Being aware that our leadership is based on the value of everyone in the company, we decided to significantly invest in the growth and development of our staff. The role people play in CRIF is fundamental, as they contribute to our success on a daily basis.

Our goal is to always stay "one step ahead", and to bring innovation into the daily life of each staff member.

The CRIF Group currently comprises more than 1,500 individuals in its offices located in 12 countries.

Through “On Air With”, a series of periodic seminars open to all employees, key projects and activities carried out by the various divisions and companies within the group, both in Italy and internationally, are presented. At these seminars, department heads and managers discuss their teams’ activities and projects with the participants, thus creating practical and useful events to compare and exchange information, as well as an occasion for networking and socializing.

Through the “Job Posting” service adopted by CRIF, employees can put themselves forward for open positions and take part in the selection process, giving them to opportunity to gain new professional experience.

The “People Satisfaction Survey”, a two-yearly employee climate survey carried out according to the “Best place to work” methodology, gathers the opinions and views of all Group employees. The invaluable feedback provided is used to develop improvement actions and initiatives, and also enables CRIF to compare its results with other similar companies that have chosen to use the same climate survey methodology.

Our awareness
With this in mind, the “CRIF Innovation Award” is presented annually as part of a competition aimed at all company employees to reward the best business and innovation ideas. The ideas are assessed by a committee of experts, who select the winning idea, which will be put into action with the direct involvement of the employee that proposed it and be turned into a real activity and project.
