CRIF is moving its Karlsruhe office to new premises with a total of over 1,400 square metres in the KA³ office and commercial building at Victor-Gollancz-Str. 5 from 4 March 2024. This move marks a significant step in the strategic development of the company in the Karlsruhe technology region.

With the move from its previous location at Europaplatz to Victor-Gollanczstrasse, CRIF is providing contemporary and modern workplaces for its almost 100 employees. The proximity to the main railway station enables optimal accessibility and strengthens the proximity to the technology park and the regional economic landscape. "By moving to the new, spacious premises in the KA³ office and commercial building, we are not only offering our employees contemporary and modern workplaces, but are also setting the course for future growth. Karlsruhe is one of our main locations alongside Hamburg," explains Dr Frank Schlein, Managing Director of the information services provider CRIF.

"Sustainability is a key cornerstone of our strategy and it goes without saying that these principles and values are not only reflected in our own ESG services, but are also anchored in our own actions. Our new offices are therefore not only characterised by a modern design, but are also geared towards sustainability. For example, in addition to an energy-saving lighting concept, an innovative air exchange system has been installed that completely exchanges the room air twice an hour, thus ensuring optimum air quality. This not only contributes to a pleasant working environment, but also to an efficient energy balance, which in turn leads to an improved ESG rating.

In addition to the topic of sustainability, we also consistently pursue the topics of "business agility" and "customer centricity", so it was an important aspect for us that we now have very spacious premises in Victor-Gollanczstrasse.
