Example: a recent study shows that one third of purchasers of Christmas gifts will use consumer credit means.
The Czech credit information system managed by CCB - Company within the CRIF Group – also shows a constant growth in real estate loans.
For 2006 it is estimated that as many as 100.000 Czech mortgage holders might consider the possibility to transfer their residual debt to a different Lender. These are in fact the consumers whose fixed-rate mortgage period is going to end.
