Smart Finder, the CRIF system for protest screening, was developed in order to resolve problems linked to incomplete identification data and the ways in which contact details are registered at Chambers of Commerce, which make it difficult to attribute the protest to the correct party, significantly reducing the effectiveness of the research.
Using expert recognition rules and thanks to the enrichment of the information contents useful for identification, Smart Finder allows for a more effective search for protests relative to individuals and companies, facilitating the identification of a match between the contact details in the search and those in the protests found.
Smart Finder is based on:
- a normalization procedure and the use of internal dictionaries;
- the use of broader search parameters;
- the calculation of the percentage of detail recognition and its attribution within the match areas;
- the search for any additional addresses that can be attributed to the party concerned;
- customized information processing.
