CMS Pool is a datapool for exchange of information on payment behavior in the German B2B developed and managed by CRIF in partnership with Kasolvenzia Holding (DID Group). Founded by large German-based international companies (Wuerth, Continental, Heidelberge Zement, Vergoelst), the project is based on the information exchange of a closed user group of members who share data on their clients and suppliers.
CMS pool is SAP integrated, i.e., it extracts the necessary information directly from clients' SAP-systems and similarly feeds the systems with the its reports. The Pool includes a serie of functionalities, starting from the address check, validation and normalisation, the company identification (using a third-party reference database) and the history of data.
Reports contain the full company profile, negative data coming from public sources and a major debt collection agency, eventual negative payment behaviors indicated by members - and hence are a powerful and always updated tool for credit and risk managers. |
