Training programs:
- are designed for all Group staff members;
- rely on the CRIF’s cultural and professional background using both in-house (thus improving an exchange of knowledge and experiences) and outside instructors as well as a high profile educational network.
The provided training is accompanied by activities listed in the catalogues, aimed at creating a common knowledge base and “ad hoc” initiatives targeted at creating a continuous flow of knowledge within the organization.
CRIF invested in more than 10,000 hours of classroom training for its staff in 2005, with an average of 2.3 days of classroom training days per staff member, combined with “on the job” training and self-study training.
