The CaRisMa suite offers a flexible and integrated approach to the prevention and management of transaction fraud. Thanks to advanced and ad hoc application solutions, CaRisMa helps effectively combat and manage payment card fraud on all national and international payment networks. From intelligent prevention systems based on rules and scoring, to UCAMP alerts (made to the Italian Central Office for Means of Payment Fraud) and the administration of cases, CaRisMa is a modular and scalable anti-fraud suite which comprises:

•  CaRisMa Issuer Defender, for the prevention and management of transaction fraud. This solution allows anomalous and suspect transactions to be detected in real time, and to conduct effective investigations aimed at identifying the real cases of fraud.
• CaRisMa Issuer Manager, for the administration of the many requirements associated with processing individual fraudulent events. It allows processes to be streamlined, reduces overall costs, and optimizes the level of service offered to the customer.
• CaRisMa Signal, the specific solution for the management of UCAMP alerts in compliance with the relevant legislation, which can be adapted to different organizational structures.
