To exercise the right to access your data pursuant to art. 7 (right to access personal data and other rights) of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and obtain details on any loan entries contained in EURISC, the CRIF credit reporting system, send a request via fax (click here to download the model request form). You should attach a legible photocopy of an IDENTITY DOCUMENT and your TAX IDENTIFICATION card. |
If you are the legal representative of a company or sole proprietorship

Please note: under Privacy Authority Provision no. 14 of 23/12/2004, CRIF requires a €10 contribution to expenses for processing requests if there proves to be no information about the party in question in CRIF's credit reporting system.
