The 2010 CRIF Decision Solutions Forum, which has now reached its twelfth edition, has recently concluded in Milan. Over 350 representatives participated, coming from banks, financial institutions, Italian Credit Guarantee Consortia and companies, as well as important representatives from international credit bureaus. Through the interactive workshops and testimonials, CRIF presented current developments and trends in the credit sector.
Decide > Move > Improve was the concept behind the twelfth CRIF Decision Solutions Forum, which was held at Palazzo Mezzanotte, Milan, on 12 and 13 May. The move to improve was a recurring theme in the conference, which looked at the post-financial crisis scenario with a proactive and analytical approach. The key phrases of the Forum were a new era of credit, innovation and new strategies for successfully competing in this new economic situation.
On these subjects, banks, confidi, specialized financial companies, utility and telecom companies compared their experience. The format of this year’s dedicated sessions, introduced successfully in the previous edition, included specific Workshops, where experience, insights and ideas were shared and compared.
This year, alongside the Anti-fraud, B2B, Confidi, Marketing and Risk Management Workshops and the International Credit Bureau Workshop dedicated to international credit reporting systems, were the Innovate with technology and Salary-deducted loan workshops. These latter sessions looked at the challenges of keeping up to date with Information Technology, as well as salary-deducted loans in relation to the role and contribution of the credit reporting system, the management of fraudulent companies, and insurance risk of the consumer segment. |
